The Work
Most problems aren't about strategy. They're about behavior.
I've spent over two decades at the intersection of people, culture, and systems. That work has taken me inside global corporations, early-stage ventures, and the quiet, difficult conversations that happen when individuals decide they want more from their lives than what they've been handed.
What I've learned is that most problems — in organizations, in teams, in personal life — aren't really about strategy. They're about behavior. About the stories people tell themselves and the structures those stories create. I work with people and organizations who are ready to change those structures.
Track 01
Advisory & Consulting
For organizations & leaders
My advisory work sits at the intersection of culture, identity, and organizational health. I work with companies navigating change — not the kind that shows up in a reorg chart, but the kind that requires people to think differently about power, belonging, and what it means to lead.
The work I do best is translation. Taking what's invisible — the unspoken dynamics, the cultural assumptions, the inherited scripts — and making it legible enough to act on. That process looks different depending on the organization, the moment, and what's actually at stake. Sometimes it's strategy. Sometimes it's facilitation. Often it's both.
I work with a small number of clients at any given time, because this kind of work requires genuine attention. If you're a leader, team, or institution dealing with questions around organizational culture, identity, inclusion, or change — and you want a thought partner who won't flatten the complexity — I'd like to hear from you.

Track 02
Speaking
For events & audiences
I speak to people who are already doing the work — leaders, professionals, community builders — and want language for what they're experiencing. My talks aren't motivational in the traditional sense. They're invitations to think more clearly about culture, identity, and what it actually takes to show up whole in a world that keeps asking you to show up partial.
I've spoken at corporate conferences, university convocations, leadership summits, and community gatherings. The through-line is always the same: the personal is systemic, and the systemic is personal. If you're building an experience where that conversation belongs, let's connect.
Featured offering
The ManUScript™
The Human Side of Performance.

What it is
A container for the work most men never get to do.
The ManUScript is a facilitated experience — delivered as a cohort, a corporate program, or a keynote-driven workshop — that takes men into their purpose, their relationships, their power, and the version of themselves they're working to become.
It's designed for small groups and structured for real transformation. Every room is different: healthcare workers, first responders, executive teams, cohorts of men gathered by friendship or by chance. The frame holds.
This isn't a course. It's a room where men do the work in front of each other, and leave changed.
